April, 2000 -
Back from London and in my six month of voluntary unemployment, I was finally ready to go back to work. Though continuing to spend a lot of time with my friends and former co-workers in Indianapolis, I was frustrated that it was taking so long to arrange a return to Clarian Health. So I went ahead and interviewed a couple of times at Baptist Healthcare System here in Louisville, got an offer, and, although the pay was much lower than my last two jobs, tentatively accepted with a start date of May 8.
Read The Watchmen for the first time. Slugger Field opened April 12. Spent a long Easter weekend with family in Fairfield. Worked on my website a lot, and downloaded a lot of songs from Napster. Enjoyed the Cherokee Triangle Art Fair. Best movies I saw: American Beauty, Not One Less, Rear Window.
April 1990 -
Twin Peaks debut on April 8.
